REPORT → Export → choose language and file format

VAKTEN can export report lists covering states, inspections and maintenance in twelve different languages – as PDF for printing and sharing or as CSV for further processing.

REPORT provides a clear overview of the current state of your Units together with inspection and maintenance information.

Export in twelve languages

Open REPORT → Export in VAKTEN and choose the required output language. The export language can be selected independently of the language currently used in the VAKTEN interface.

PDF or CSV

PDF is suitable for printing, archiving and sharing. CSV is intended for further processing or import into other software environments.
