DIGITAL TWIN
We developed a system that captures real conditions where they occur. HJÄRTA connects on-site sensors and existing signals to VAKTEN. Our software assigns these perceptions to digital twins, evaluates them against your rules and shows what matters for operations.
You can create any number of sensors and digital twins, link them together and have their states evaluated in a traceable way. Especially in existing installations, this quickly creates clarity about what doors, gates, refrigerated areas or other technical units are actually doing.
HJÄRTA and VAKTEN are designed so that real-world states become visible without technical guesswork — from installation through day-to-day use.
A door opens. A temperature rises. A contact changes state.
Existing or supplementary sensors provide the technical perception.
HJÄRTA connects real-world signals on site to VAKTEN reliably and traceably.
VAKTEN shows the digital twin with state, history, rules, context and action required.
VAKTEN IN DAILY OPERATION
A digital twin answers a concrete operational question: What is the actual state right now? VAKTEN shows the answer immediately and traceably.
No more assumptions or guesswork. HJÄRTA and VAKTEN provide the actual operating states of your monitored assets – visible, understandable and traceable, including opening duration, target times, cycles and deviations.
Temperature and door contact are evaluated together. This creates context instead of a flood of alarms.
Light barriers and status contacts show whether an area is clear, occupied or blocked – making deviations traceable.
GUIDANCE EXCELLENCE
No programming. No frustration. No technical background required. The guided setup is designed to be intuitive. VAKTEN recognises hardware and sensor profiles, prepares the appropriate signals, suggests sensible rules and only asks when your decision is actually needed.
Complexity belongs inside VAKTEN. Clarity belongs with the user.
The technical mapping happens in the background. You do not need to translate internal channels or signal definitions.
The intended use and sensor profile generate suitable suggestions. You remain in control and can adjust rules at any time.
Sensor profile, signals and rules are prepared. The digital twin is now ready to be put into operation.
This is how guided setup works in VAKTEN as well.
HJÄRTA · THE BRIDGE TO REALITY
HJÄRTA connects existing contacts, 24 V signals and matching sensor boxes to VAKTEN. It sits where technical truth originates: in the field.
VAKTEN REPORT
REPORT condenses many units, HJÄRTA devices, rules, inspections and maintenance tasks into one calm operational view.
WHY VAKTEN EXISTS
A fire alarm system can report that something has been triggered. But where can an operator see whether the fire door is actually closed afterwards?
That gap first became an idea, then HJÄRTA, then VAKTEN. Hardware, firmware, backend and interface were not built from a pitch deck, but from a practical question: How can a real state be made visible so that people understand it immediately?
Today it has become a complete system – and it deliberately stays close to reality.
THE SIMPLEST START
A door. A cooling point. A conveyor line. Together we check whether it can become a useful digital twin in a short time.
