Many operators want to create a digital representation of their existing installations without replacing equipment that still works. This is exactly where SVARTLIND comes in.
HJÄRTA adds the perception that existing installations are missing. Existing signals can be used and additional sensors can be added easily. VAKTEN then brings these states together into a clear digital representation.
Doors, gates, cooling areas, conveyor systems and other technical assets can therefore become digitally visible step by step – even if they were never originally designed for a digital twin.
The existing asset remains. Perception is added.
For simple applications, suitable sensors can be connected through Easy Access and, depending on the application, screwed into place, positioned or bonded. Existing technical signals can also be used. Only what is actually needed is added.
For large, heterogeneous or technically valuable installed bases, this can make a fundamental difference: digitalisation does not have to begin with replacing the existing infrastructure.
